I am located in Atlanta, Georgia and currently only ship to USA.
Currently there is no payment option to sped up the shipping process.
Why is my order still in "Pre-shipment"?
Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that the shipping process has begun and your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans your order in. This does not mean your order is lost, it is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days. Please only contact me about this if your order has surpassed the estimated time for shipment.
I am not responsible for USPS shipping delays or lost packages marked delivered but not received. In the event that this happens, please take your tracking number to your local USPS to file a claim.
Orders will be shipped to the shipping address that is entered during checkout, I am not responsible for any errors or typos. Orders with incorrect addresses will not be edited, they will be cancelled upon the customers request.
Some items may ship separately. An item that is out of stock due to an inventory error will be refunded, the remaining portion of the order will still be shipped. This does not happen often but it is possible. I apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause.
All items purchased are final sale, I cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds at this time. We will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company only.
If the product you received is deemed defective or you receive the wrong product your order is eligible for a return. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days of receiving your order.
There are no refunds for digital products, all sales are final.
I often have sales and promotions but there are NO price adjustments, discount codes do not apply to orders previously placed. Orders can not be edited once the order is placed; you will need to make a new order to add additional items.
Orders that are flagged as fraud will be cancelled, no exceptions.
Packages that are returned to sender (Bronx Treasures LLC) will be refunded, shipping charges will not be refunded.
All accessories are considered "costume jewelry" and should not be worn on sensitive skin. Exposing your jewelry to salt water, chlorinated water, household chemicals, soaps, any kind of perfumes, can cause damage to your jewelry, including discoloration and abrasions over time.
